Construction auxiliary materials: pallets, decorative paper, protective film, floor mats, ladders, telescopic rods, door frames.
Base surface requirements: The wall should be flat, sturdy, dry without cracks, and free of dust, mold, and algae; Wall pH<10;
Construction parameters: The construction temperature should be ≥ 5 ℃ and the air humidity should be less than 85%. Base water content ≤ 8%;
Theoretical dosage: 1 kilogram/4 square meters
Mixing amount: Deep base not mixed with water, shallow base mixed with water not exceeding 5%
Construction steps:
Roller coating
Base leveling
1. Two layers of fully functional base film.
2. Lauder skin texture paste mixed with 10% water and rolled twice at the bottom;
3. Apply the Lauder skin texture paste onto a thick wool roller once, and pull evenly until the orange peel pattern appears.
Spraying
Base leveling
1. Two layers of fully functional base film.
2. Lauder sprays 20% water once, and then sprays a second time when it dries.
Construction precautions: When roller coating, do not use rollers too many times in one position. Roll the coating in place first, make a large area in the middle, and then trim the edges after it dries.
Maintenance: Regularly remove dust and clean, do not use hard or needle like objects to scrape or scratch forcefully.
