construction process
Base surface requirements: The wall should be flat, sturdy, dry without cracks, and free of dust, mold, and algae; Wall pH<10; The construction temperature should be ≥ 5 ℃ and the air humidity should be less than 85%. Base water content ≤ 8%;
Tools: Short wool drum, wool brush, polishing machine, batch knife
Auxiliary materials: pallets, decorative paper, protective film, floor mats, ladders, telescopic rods, door frames
Maintenance: Regularly remove dust and clean, do not use hard or needle like objects to scratch forcefully
 

Construction steps:
Base leveling
1. Two layers of fully functional base film.
2. The first batch of Lem stone for parallel approval;
3. After drying, apply the second layer of lime stone in the main slurry, and use a batch knife to irregularly lift the main slurry. In the semi dry state, finish and flatten it, leaving local mottled textures.
4. After drying thoroughly, use a specialized polishing machine (240 grit sandpaper) to smooth it out and apply a diamond mask.
5. After the cover is completely dry, use sandpaper with a grit of 600 or more to lightly polish and polish it.
Construction conditions: The construction temperature should be between 5-35 ℃, the air humidity should not exceed 85%, and construction should be avoided during windy and rainy seasons.
