Microcrystalline cement is composed of fine mineral sand, natural resin, quartz and other materials. The exposed texture of cement appears monotonous and simple, but in fact, all thoughts are hidden in the mottled texture, presenting a simple and natural atmosphere. At the same time, it has a fine sand texture, which looks very casual and comfortable. Without the price of microcement, it has a similar effect to microcement, which can instantly make Wabi Sabi's home unique.
Product features:
1. The wall has good toughness, no cracking, and no joints will appear
2. High hardness and good stain resistance
3. The construction process is relatively simple, and there are not high requirements for the construction master
Main materials of finished products: resin lotion, water, sand, lime
Scope of application: Wall surfaces in home decoration, commercial spaces, etc.
Construction tools: wool drum, wool brush, selected stainless steel batch knife, stainless steel shovel, polygonal crystal batch knife, sandpaper
Construction auxiliary materials: pallets, decorative paper, protective film, floor mats, ladders, telescopic rods, door frames
Base requirement: The wall should be flat, sturdy, dry and crack free, and free of dust, mold, and algae
Construction parameters: The construction temperature should be ≥ 5 ℃ and the air humidity should be less than 85%. The basal water content is ≤ 8%.
Theoretical dosage: 1 kg/2-3 square meters of fine sand
Diluted water quantity: not diluted with water
Construction steps:
Base leveling
1. Two layers of fully functional base film.
2. Irregular batch of microcrystalline cement without mixing water for the first time
3. After the first coat is completely dry, the microcrystalline cement is irregularly leveled for the second coat. When it is 20-30% dry, use a polygonal crystal trowel to irregularly rub it evenly (each part should be in place). When it is 60-70% dry, it can be leveled
4. After drying, lightly polish (320-360 grit sandpaper) and cover twice with 10% water
Construction precautions: For the first batch of leveling, pay attention to flattening the blade marks (the thickness of one grain of sand is sufficient), and for the second batch, make them slightly thicker. Then, use a polygonal blade to create an S-shaped texture (texture should be created at every position). After 60-70% drying, use a polygonal blade to create an S-shaped texture, or use a finishing knife to achieve irregular flattening.
Maintenance: Regularly remove dust and clean, do not use hard or needle like objects to scratch forcefully
